Ingredients

CAKE

1 pkg
yellow cake mix
1 can(s)
peach pie filling
3 large
eggs
1/2 tsp
lemon extract
1/2 c
chopped nuts

TOPPING

1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
lemon extract
1/4 c
butter, softened

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch cake pan.

2Combine all cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Blend with electric mixer at low speed until completely moistened, about 1 minute. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread batter in prepared pan.

3Make Topping: In a medium bowl combine topping ingredients with a fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle topping over cake batter.

4Bake cake for 40-45 minutes or until center springs back when touched lightly. No frosting necessary. If desired, you can top slices with more peach pie filling or fresh sliced peaches.
