Ingredients
- 1 package dark chocolate brownie mix
- 36 peanut butter oreo cookies
- 3/4 cup peanut butter, creamy
- FROSTING:
- 1 sm box instant vanilla pudding mix, dry
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, creamy
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 - 8 oz packages cool whip free
- GARNISH:
- 9 peanut butter oreo cookies, cut in 1/2

Step 1BROWNIE CUPCAKES: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin tins with 18 muffin liners. Prepare brownie mix according to directions on package. Place 1 peanut butter oreo on bottom of each muffin liner. Spread each with 2 tsp peanut butter; top with another peanut butter oreo; then with 3 tbsp brownie mix. Bake 15 - 20 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes. Transfer from pans to cool completely. Meanwhile make frosting.

Step 2FROSTING: Mix pudding, peanut butter, milk together with whisk until it begins to thicken. Then fold in one container of Cool Whip Free. With pastry bag fitted with round or star tip, pipe frosting onto cupcakes. Garnish with a cookie 1/2.
