Easy cake batter brownies with only 6 ingredients. Delicious with a cold glass of milk.

Ingredients For oreo blondies

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    golden oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 c
    candy sprinkles

How To Make oreo blondies

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 11x7 baking pan with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and egg. Add the milk slowly. Fold in the chopped cookie pieces and sprinkles, reserving some for a topping. Pour into prepared baking pan, sprinkle a few more sprinkles and crushed Oreos on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are just turning brown. Cool for at least 30 minutes so the center sets, before cutting into squares.
