Old Time Lemon Cake

Blend cake mix and pudding together in a large bowl.
Add oil and water; mix well with electric mixer.
Add eggs two at a time mixing until batter is smooth.
Pour into a greased and floured cake pan, bunt pan or large loaf pan. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes. Test cake with a toothpick.
Cool for 5 minutes. Mix Glaze together.
Poke holes in top of cake with a fork and pull cake to loosen from sides of pan. Pour glaze over warm cake, making sure glaze gets down the sides of cake. Finish cooling for 20 minutes. Serve with a fresh lemon wedge and mint sprig.
