Ingredients

1 lb.
butter, softened
1 lb
box of confectioner's sugar
6
lg eggs
1 lb
all purpose flour 4 cups sifted
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2 tsp
lemon extract

Step-By-Step

1Beat butter with mixer on high speed, scraping down sides, until light and fluffy, add Confectioner's sugar, beating until well combined. about 2 mins. Add eggs nnd blend well. Finally add flour on low vanilla and then lemon extract.
2Spray bundt pan or pound cake pan with Baker's Joy. Bake @ 325 for One hr. Check your oven temp may very.
