Ingredients

CAKE:
2 c
bisquick
2/3 c
milk
4 Tbsp
granulated sugar
1 large
egg
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
STREUSEL TOPPING:
2 Tbsp
cold margarine
1/3 c
bisquick
1/3 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
GLAZE:
1/2 c
powdered sugar
2 or 3 tsp
milk
1 tsp
lemon juice or vanilla or almond extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Cake:
Heat oven to 400^. Grease round pan 9-inch. Mix all ingredients together, beat vigorously, 30 seconds. Spread 1/2 batter in pan.(here you can add some of the streusel or jam spread ,or cherry pie filling or apricots.) Cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle with topping. Bake until toothpick set in center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes. Drizzle with Glaze. Serve warm.

Streusel Topping:
Cut butter into Bisquick, sugar and cinnamon until crumbly.

Glaze:
Mix powdered sugar extract, and enough of the milk to make smooth and of desired consistency.
