Ingredients
- CUPCAKES:
- 1 box devils food cake mix
- 1 sm box instant fudge pudding mix, dry
- 3/4 cup frangelico liqueur
- FROSTING:
- 1 1/2 cups butter, room temperature
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup bailey's irish cream liqueur
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- GARNISH:
- chocolate shavings

Step 1CUPCAKES: Combine cake mix & pudding mix together. Add remaining cake mix ingredients according to package directions replacing the water with frangelico. Bake according to directions. Cool completely.

Step 2FROSTING: In standing mixer with whisk, cream butter & sugar; mix until combined, 1 minute. Add irish cream, extract & salt; mix until light & fluffy, 5 minutes.

Step 3DECORATE: With pastry bag fitted with large star tip, pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes; sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
