Ingredients For nutty irishman cupcakes

  • CUPCAKES:
  • 1 box
    devils food cake mix
  • 1 sm box
    instant fudge pudding mix, dry
  • 3/4 c
    frangelico liqueur
  • FROSTING:
  • 1 1/2 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 3 1/2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c
    bailey's irish cream liqueur
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch
    sea salt
  • GARNISH:
  • chocolate shavings

How To Make nutty irishman cupcakes

    CUPCAKES: Combine cake mix & pudding mix together. Add remaining cake mix ingredients according to package directions replacing the water with frangelico. Bake according to directions. Cool completely.

    FROSTING: In standing mixer with whisk, cream butter & sugar; mix until combined, 1 minute. Add irish cream, extract & salt; mix until light & fluffy, 5 minutes.

    DECORATE: With pastry bag fitted with large star tip, pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes; sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
