Ingredients

1 1/2 c
crushed oreo cookies
2 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 c
butter-melted
3 pkg
(8 oz. @) cream cheese
1 c
sugar
1/4 c
flour
1 tsp
vanilla
2
egg yolks
1
whole egg
1/2 c
milk ( i use canned milk) it's creamier
1
13 oz. jar nutella
1 c
heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 c
semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c
chopped toasted hazelnuts

Step-By-Step

1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 * MIX FIRST THREE (3) CRUMB INGREDIENTS, PLACE INTO SPRINGFORM PAN AND BAKE 10 MIN. TAKE OUT, AND REDUCE OVEN TEMP. TO 300*

2MIX NEXT 8 INGREDIENTS IN MIXING BOWL, UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY, POUR INTO SPRINGFORM PAN,

3PLACE PAN ON COOKIE SHEET, AND BAKE 1 1/2 HOURS, COOL COMPLETELY TO ROOM TEMP. BEFORE PLACING INTO REFRIGERTOR, THIS WILL PREVENT IT FROM COOLING TO QUICKLY, WHICH WILL CAUSE THE TOP TO CRACK.

4REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT, THE NEXT DAY: BRING CREAM TO A BOIL, POUR OVER CHOCOLATE CHIPS, STIR UNTIL SMOOTH, SPREAD ON TOP OF CHEESECAKE, SPRINKLE WITH NUTS, REFRIGERATE AT LEAST ANOTHER 4 HOURS, BEFOR SERVING.

5THIS RECIPE TAKES ALOT OF STEPS, BUT IT IS WORTHY OF THE GREATEST CHEF'S FAIR ANYWHERE, HANDS DOWN!!
