Ingredients
| THE FILLING | |
| 2 - 8 oz | philadelphia cream cheese packages (room temp) |
| 1 c | sugar |
| 3 tsp | pure vanilla extract |
| 3 | eggs |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 | glass - deep dish pie plate |
| butter - for pie plate | |

THE TOPPING - SOUR CREAM TOPPING BAKED IN |

| 1 | 8 oz. tub sour cream - not plain yogurt because it won't set properly. |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1/4 c | sugar |
| mix all three ingredients together with spoon. | |

Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
In medium to large mixing bowl - Add all ingredients - except the sour cream,1/4 c sugar and 1 additional tsp van. ext
Beat with mixer for "5" minutes until smooth.Pour batter in a "well buttered" glass deep dish pie plate.
Bake on bottom rack - 30 Minutes.Turn Off Oven - DO NOT open oven door - wait another 15 minutes for the pie filling to settle.After the 15 minutes - remove the pie from the oven. Turn oven back on to 350 deg.. ... Spread Sour cream topping over the top to the edges.
Bake another 10 minutes.Remove from oven - garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Cool...then put in frig. Don't slice the pie until well chilled for a nice slicing consistency.
