As a Cheesecake lover, hearing about it being sugar free didn't excite me, but once I tried it... I fell in love all over again! This sugar free cheesecake is not as rich as regular cheesecake, but it is not as fattening either, and so easy to make.
Mix up the 2 packages of Cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Once it is soft add the Spelenda and mix for about 1 minute.
Pour the content in the Gram cracker pie crust. Replace the clear plastic lid and put in the refrigerator for about 25 minutes. You can add any kind of fruit of your choice if you like. Now you are ready to eat!! Enjoy
