Lynnda's Notes:
Another chocolate cheesecake from Renny

Directions

1
Beat cream cheese and sugar until mixture is light and fluffy. Beat in melted
chocolate until blended. Beat in whipped cream and liqueur. Pour mixture into
prepared crust and refrigerate until firm. Decorate top with dollops of whipped
cream and finely grated chocolate. Serves 10
Note: Can be made a day ahead and stored in refrigerator. Decorate with whipped
cream on the day you are planning to serve this. Top can be decorated with
chocolate leaves, dusted with sifted powdered sugar, to resemble snow.
This is a nice, easy dessert that serves quite glamorously and would be just
grand for a formal dinner. Serve it informally any time. Who doesn't love
chocolate cheesecake?

Hey, thanks, sweets. Renny Darling is awesome. Her two minute Grand Marnier Souffle is a knockout. And you can make it ahead of time. Not many souffles boast that claim!
