No Bake Cheesecake

This is one of my favorites. I first heard of it a few years ago as I helped a friend with her daughter’s Girl Scout troop. We used mini cupcake cups and vanilla waffers then toped then with the filling. The funny part was none of the girls had the patience to wait so they ate them after less than twenty minutes in the fridge.

pinch tips: How to Grease a Pan



8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 c
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 c
sour cream
1 c
whipped topping (cool whip)
1 graham cracker pie crust, prepared
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling (or any pie filling)

Directions Step-By-Step

1. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
2. Beat in sugar, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.
3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
4. Pour into the prepared pie crust.
6. Let chill for 4 hours until set up.
7. Just before serving, top with your chosen pie filling. Enjoy!
