I have no idea why this cake is called what it is. I was given this recipe by my Aunt and my husband has me bake him one almost weekly for months now. P.S.(He hates coconut, but says he can't taste it). You can use a cake mix with the pudding inside or add a small box of dry pudding to a regular cake mix.

1 yellow cake mix, with puding

4 eggs

3/4 cup oil

1 cup water

1 can of coconut pecan frosting
How To Make no apple cake

1In a large bowl add dry cake mix, eggs, water, and oil. Mix well, Add canned coconut pecan frosting, Mix well. Pour into greased bundt pan, bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Remove cake from pan immediately to prevent sticking.

2You may dust with powdered sugar, make a glaze, or just serve plain.
