I got this recipe from my aunt and it's always a smash hit! Add canned cherries or strawberry topping and it just tastes evil.

pinch tips: How to Use Hand & Stand Mixers

cream cheese
1 c
4 medium
eggs (save 1 egg white)
3 Tbsp
lemon juice (real lemon)
1 pt
sour cream
gram cracker (ground in to fine crumbs)
1/2 c
butter, melted

Directions Step-By-Step

Crust: mix butter & gram crackers together press into cheesecake pan.
Cheesecake: miss all but one egg white together until smooth pour in gramb cracker crust. (except sour cream) Bake at 350,35 mins remove from oven to cool 10 mins
Add sour cream: beat egg white 2 tbls of sugar and mix until very stiff. fold in sour cream top cheesecake bake another 10 mins then set out to cool.
