Kimi's StoryThis cake has been in our family for a long time. I really can't tell you where my mom found it, but it is easy and the results are amazing. Mix everything together and bake. A good spoonful of whipped topping completes it.

1PREHEAT OVEN TO 375f. Cook old fashioned oats as directed on box. Allow to sit to cool just a bit. Mom said cold was the best way. In a large bowl mix by hand all the ingredients. Pour into a greased square pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
