fresh cooking oil
refrigerated biscuits or refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

1Heat cooking oil, medium heat. open biscuits and place on a flat surface while oil reaches the perfect temperature. Test your oil temp by applying a few drops of water and if its hot enough to fry your biscuits the water will pop.
2Prepare your brown sugar glaze in a wide deep. Brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and regular sugar. Mix all ingredients together than add your warm margarine to the mixture and place the bowl in the microwave and allowe mixture to be come a glaze.
3Place your biscuits in the hot cooking oil, cook biscuits on both sides. First side about 30 seconds then flip to the other side. Once golden brown, full and fluffy they are ready.
4Place hot biscuits straight from the hot oil into the glaze, mix well allow every biscuits to become glazed.
