Ingredients

1/2 cup butter softened. 1 cup lite brown sugar packed
1tabs plus 1teasp bakingsoda. 1teaspsalt.
1teasp cloves. 1/2 teaspallspice.1/2cup [or more]pecans or walnuts.
2cups raisins.1cup granulated sugar.
3 cups applesauce. 2teas cinnamon
1teas nutmeg. 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour

pre heat oven 350. cream butter and sugars. cumbine applesauce, baking soda, and add to creamed mixture,beating until blended.

add flour,salt, and spices and mix until smooth.stir in nuts and raisins.

spoon into greased 9x13 cake pan and bake for 45 mins. or til tooth pick comes out clean. or bake in angel food cake pan/bundt pan for about 1 hour or until tooth pick comes out clean.

i want thank u for sharing this with ur groups. i bought thier christmas cd and the recipe was in there. i paid 1.00 for the cd lol u never know where the giomond is going to be. and the cd wasn't even opened!!
