I found this at Kraft foods .com was looking for a cupcake to make for my daughter for her 10 birthday it was fun to make and her and her classmates love it

Ingredients For mini oreo surprise cupcakes

1 pkg2 layer size chocolate cake mix
-
1 pkg8 oz philadelphia cream cheese, softened
-
1egg
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
48mini oreo bite size cookies
-
1 1/2cups of thawed cool whipped topping
- OR IF YOU LIKE YOU CAN USED VANILLA FROASTING INSTEAD OF COOL WHIPPED

1 canvanilla froasting
How To Make mini oreo surprise cupcakes

1heat oven to 350*

2prepared cake batter as directed on package, Mix cream cheese, egg and sugar until well blended

3spoon half the cake batter into 24 paper lined muffin cups. top each one wit about 1 1/2 tsp . cream cheese mixture and 1 cookie; cover with the remaining cake batter

4Bake 19 to 22 min, or until toothpick inserted in center come out clean, cool 5 min; remove from pans to wire racks, cool completely.

5frost with cool whipped or frosting , then add another mini cookie on top or the side
