Ingredients For mexican fruitcake

    all purpose flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 20 oz oz
    crushed pineapple,undrained
  • 2
    eggs,beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 2 c
    confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make mexican fruitcake

  • 1
    Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.Pour into a 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    Mix cream cheese, sugar,butter and vanilla and ice while hot. Let cool.
