Preheat oven to 350. Combine cake mix, oranges, eggs and oil. Beat on medium speed with electric mixer. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 8 inch cake pans. Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
In mixing bowl; combine cool whip, pudding mix and crushed pineapple. Ice middle cake layer and tops of cake. Keep refrigerated.
