cream cheese, low-fat
Blend 2 oz. cream cheese, eggs, sweetener and cinnamon until well mixed. Let bubbles settle. Pour 1/4 batter in pan fry 1 minute and flip.
Mix 6 oz. cream cheese and caramel syrup until smooth and creamy.
Whip heavy cream until stiff. Fold 1/3 of whipped cream into caramel mixture. Add the caramel mixture back to the remainder of the whipped cream and fold until combined. Chill for a few minutes.
