Preheat oven to 325 degree. Combine cracker crumbs, sugar, pecans, and melted butter in mixing bowl. Mix well. Reserve 1/3 cup, press remaining mixture into 13x9 pan. Bake 6 minutes, Remove and cool.
Beat cream cheese in large mixing bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened milk. Add eggs beat just until combined. Stir in lemon juice. Carefully spoon onto crust. Spread Reserved crumb mixture. Bake about 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Store in refrigerator. Makes 24 bars.
I spread a can of lemon pie filling to give them that tart flavor.
