Ingredients

1 pkg
lemon cake mix
4 large
eggs
1 can(s)
lemon pie filling
1 pkg
cream cheese (3 oz.)
1/2 c
butter or margarine, softened
2 c
confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1In a large mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs until well blended. Fold in pie filling.

2Spread in 12x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 340 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. Cool on wire rack.

3In a small mixing bowl: beat cream cheese, butter and confectioner's sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Spread on cake.

4Store in refrigerator.
