1 pkg
lemon cake mix
1 pkg
(3 oz.) instant lemon puddin mix
1/3 c
oil
1 c
water

large eggs

Directions Step-By-Step

Blend all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans.
Can also be made in a Bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 33-38 minutes for layer pans and 50-60 minutes for Bundt pan.
Cool completely.

Frost with a lemon frosting for layer cake or a lemon glaze for a Bundt cake.
