This is of course my Mother's recipe. She's passed on now but,I keep her with us by preparing her best of the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients For lemon cheese cake supreme

  • 1 1/4 c
    graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 5-8 oz pkg
    cream cheese softened
  • 2-3 tsp
    finely grated lemon peel
  • 2
    egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or margarine sofened
  • 1 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 5
    egsg
  • 1/4 c
    whipping cream

How To Make lemon cheese cake supreme

    Heat oven to 350 Mix crumbs, butter and 2 Tbsp sugar. Press mixture firmly and evenly in bottom of ungreased 9 inch spring form pan. Bake 10 min. cool. Heat oven to 475. Beat cream cheese,sugar,flour,lemon peel,salt and 2 eggs in a large mixer bowl until smooth. continue beating,adding remaining eggs plus the egg yolks, one at @ time, until blended. blend in whipping cream on low speed. pour into pan. Bake 15 min. reduce oven temp. to 200. bake 1 hour.turn off oven; leave cheese cake in oven 15 min. remove from oven and cool completely. Loosen cheese cake from side of pan; remove. cover and refrigerate up to 10 days. serve with any fruit topping your family and friends love. you my also freeze up to 3 weeks just wrap and label; one hour before serving,unwrap thaw uncovered @ room temp. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
