| 3/4 c | all purpose flour |
| 3/4 c | sugar |
| 1/4 tsp | sea salt |
| 1 stk | butter, unsalted, room temperature |
| 2 x lg | eggs |
| 2 lg | lemons, zested & juiced |
| LEMON GLAZE: | |
| 2 c | confectioners' sugar |
| 1 lg | lemon, zested & juiced |
| 1 tsp | pure vanilla extract |

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8" x 8" baking dish & set aside.BROWNIES:
Zest & juice lemons; set aside.In standing mixer with paddle, add flour, sugar, salt & softened butter until combined.In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, lemon zest & lemon juice until combined. Pour into the flour mixture & beat at medium speed until smooth & creamy, 2 minutes.Pour into baking dish & bake for 23 - 25 minutes, or until just starting to turn golden around the edges & a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before glazing. Do not overbake, or the bars will be dry.LEMON GLAZE:
When brownies are cooled completely, make the glaze...sift the powdered sugar, add lemon zest & juice, extract & whisk together. Spread the glaze over the brownies with a rubber spatula & let sit 1 hour. This glaze does not harden like most. Cut into bars & enjoy!
