I got this recipe out of Taste of Home. I made it for my daughters, 25th Birthday. For her BD I gave her a $100 in quarters in a mason jar. She thought that it was ridiculous. She was traveling everyday on toll roads and so she saved a lot of money. Then she thought it was a great idea. Mama knows BEST!!
Arrange 14 ice cream sandwiches in an ungreased 9x13 dish. Cut remaining sandwiches in 1/2-lengthwise, and fill in spaces. Spread caramel all over sandwiches, then whipped topping, then chocolate syrup. Sprinkle candy bar on top. Cover and freeze for 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
