These are great they save you from having to clean up cupcake cups...They just eat the whole thing...I have been making these since my kids were little...now it's for the Grandchildren..We did a lot of birthday parties with these...These are a lot of fun...not to say yummy

Ingredients

2 large
eggs
1 c
cooking oil
1 c
buttermilk
1/3 c
cocoa (separate for 1/2 mixture)
3 c
flour
2 tsp
soda
1 tsp
vanilla (separate for 1/2 mixture)
1 c
hot water
2 c
sugar

ice cream cones, flat bottoms(2 doz)

BUTTER ICING

1 stick
butter, softened
1 c
powdered sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 pinch
salt
milk (add tbsp as needed)
food coloring (opt)

OR ADD OTHER FLAVORS IF YOU WANT TO

AND OR SPRINKLES

Directions Step-By-Step

Pre heat oven to 35*...Put ice cream cones in a cake pan and place close together to keep them from falling over....or you can use a muffin tin...Though the cake pan works better

Put first 9 ingredients in bowl. Mix well separate 1/2 batter into 2 bowls, add vanilla into one bowl, other 1/2 add cocoa, stir and pour into ice cream cones, about 2/3 full. Place cones in muffin pans for easier handling. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. When cool ice with Butter Icing. Add decorations if you want to....
