2Greese a large loaf pan and set aside
3In large mixing bowl with fork cream your 5 bananas and your 2 eggs cream until smooth add your 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of brown sugar cream until smooth
4Add your 3 1/2 cups of flour to your mixture slowly cream in flour
5Add your 2 1/2 tsp baking soda and your 1/4 cup of oil add your 2 tsp of vanilla and your 1/8 tsp of almond extract and your pinch of salt.
6Stir together with fork until smooth
7Pour into a large loaf pan and bake for about 45 min its ready when inserting a tooth pick and it comes out clean
8While baking your bread start your icing
9Cream your 2 tsp of butter in small bowl add the pinch of salt and start adding in the 1 cup of powered sugar add your 1/8 tsp of almond extract and the 2 tsp heavy cream. Cream together until smooth
10After your bread is ready take out of the loaf pan and place on a decorative plate
11While bread is still hot top with the icing it will run down the sides to make a elegant banana bread.
