|1 c||dried cranberries|

DirectionsBring the honey, salt, and cranberry juice to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Stir in the dried cranberries, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the fresh or frozen cranberries, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes, until some of the berries have burst and the juices have cooked down and thickened.Remove the cranberries from the heat, spoon into a bowl, and chill.
NOTE: Use this topping for, Pancakes, French toast, Ice Cream, and Yogurt, and it is delicious as a filling for cakes, cupcakes, breakfast bars, coffee cakes and doughnuts.
