Homemade White Cake...

I make this every so often. Some times I add in a few drops of food coloring if I wanna give the cake a freaky look to it lol...

Ingredients

2 3/4 c
cake flour
3 1/2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
2/3 c
vegetable oil
1/2 c
milk
3/4 c
cold water
2 tsp
vanilla extract
4
eggs, whites
1/4 tsp
cream of tartar
1 1/2 c
sugar

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350F.
2Then mix together the wet ingredients in a meduim bowl, all but the egg & suagr. hen add sift together the dry ingredenits in a large bowl. Then slowly add the dry to wet & mix on low speed until batter is smooth.
3In a medium bowl beat the egg whites & sugar until frothy. Then add in the cream of tartar & continue to beating until egg whites are stiff.
4Then gradually fold this mixer into the batter & make sure not to over mix.
5Pour into 2 waxed paper lined 9-inch layer pans.
6Then bake for about 35 to 40 mins. Then frost as you wish.
