3/4 chershey's cocoa powder

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1/boi2 cvegetable oil

2 tspvanilla extract

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1 cboiling water
-
1 cmilk
- CHOCOLATE FROSTING

1/3 cbutter
-
1/3 chershey's cocoa
-
3 cpowdered sugar
-
1/3 cmilk
-
1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make hershey's chocolate cupcakes

1Preheat oven to 350. From the cupcake list of ingredients in a large bowl combine the dry ingredients. Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.

2Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Add the boiling water. Batter will be thin. Pour 2/3 full into greased cupcake pans or muffin cups. Bake 22-24 minutes. Cool.

3For the Frosting: Melt the butter and stir in cocoa. Add powdered sugar and milk, beating on medium to spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla.
