Ingredients

CHOCOLATE BARS:

1 c
granulated sugar
1/2 c
butter or margarine
4 medium
eggs
1 can(s)
hershey syrup (reg. size can)
1 c
all purpose flour
1 c
chopped nuts

FROSTING:

1 1/3 c
granulated sugar
6 Tbsp
butter or margarine
1/2 c
chocolate chips
6 Tbsp
milk

1Mix by hand, combining the ingredients for the bars. Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan and bake at 350^ for 25 minutes.

Frosting:
Bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add chips and beat until smooth and spread over warm bars.
