My group of Red Hatters (The Scarlet Floozies) were invited to attend an Elegant High Tea Luncheon. Put on by the Heritage Funeral Home. This rhubarb cake is one of the lovely deserts baked & served, by Paula a director there. Her delicious recipes are to die for!
She was gracious enough to share this delicious recipe with us.
This is the result and pictures of my baking it today.
Now you can enjoy it in your home.
A crunchy top with a soft moist inside. Mmmm Yummy!
There was no funeral that day,
so the courtesy room was set up just for us!
We all agreed ....We Will Return!
