Ingredients

2 c flour
2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 can(s) crushed pineapple- 20 oz
1 c chopped nuts
1 pkg cream chese- 8oz
2 c powdered sugar
1 stk butter
1 tsp vanilla

This recipe was my mother's and everyone who has tasted it loves it.Very quick and easy to make. Great for get togethers

 

Directions

Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, crushed pineapple and juice and the nuts. Mix well.

Bake on a greased 9 X 16 greased cookie sheet for 25 minutes. Cool.

Mix the softened cream cheese and butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread on cooled cake
