Ingredients For grilled s'mores cakes

  • 4
    shortcake dessert shells
  • 1/4 c
    butter, unsalted
  • 1/4 c
    nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread)
  • 1/4 c
    graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c
    marshmallows, mini
  • 1/4 c
    chocolate syrup

How To Make grilled s'mores cakes

    Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • 2
    Brush all sides of the shortcakes & 12" square of foil with melted butter.

    Spoon a heaping tbsp nutella into the well of shortcake shell. Sprinkle with about 1 tbsp graham crackers over each. Top with marshmallows.

    Place the prepared foil on top of grill grate. Place cakes onto foil. Close cover & cook until marshmallows are browned & toasted, about 5 minutes.

    Remove from grill & place on serving plates & drizzle with chocolate syrup.
