Combine wet ingredients in a mixer and blend. Combine all your dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Next, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet. Once blended, put the mixture in cake or cupcakes. Grease and floured into two 8-inch round cake pans and bake at 350 F. for 35 minutes. Cupcakes will probably take 22 to 25 minutes until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 15 minutes and remove from pans on wire rack and cool completely. Cream together the cream cheese and margarine. Add the confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Mix until spreading between layers and over top and on sides of a cake.
