Graham-Streusel Coffee Cake

I just bought a Tex*Mex cookbook at the bookstore. This was in that book and I made it. It was a wonderful recipe. Just wanted to share.

Ingredients

2 c
graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c
choppd pecans
3/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 1/2 stick
butter
1 box
yellow or vanilla cake mix
1 c
water
1/2 c
oil
3
eggs

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350*.
2Prepare 9x13 inch pan by spraying or greasing.
3In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Set aside.
4In another bowl, blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs on medium speed for 3 minutes.
5Pour half of cake batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of crumb mixture. Pour remaining cake batter evenly over crumb mixture. Spread remaining crumb mixture evenly over top of cake batter.
6Bake for 45-50 minutes.
7For a Glaze: Mix 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar with 3 tablespoons water or a little more until desired consistency. Drizzle over cake while still hot.
8Serves 8 to 10
