Cake: Mix all the above ingredients well and pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 – 45 minutes.
Icing: Mix sugar, milk and butter in a pot. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 1/2 minutes. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Beat until chocolate chips dissolve. Pour over cake while still hot. Move fast cause this icing sets up fast. It tasts like fudge.
