Gluten Free Easy Peanut Butter Pound Cake

I went gluten free recently. Recipes out there are usually grainy and dry. This recipe is actually a flavorful moist pound cake. Do remember with all g/f desserts to wrap and freeze if you have any left after 2 days.

Ingredients

1 pkg
gluten free yellow cake mix
1/2 c
milk (soy,dairy, or rice)
1 c
sour cream
1/4 c
cornstarch
1/2 c
sugar
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 c
vegetable oil
4
eggs
1 1/2 tsp
g/f vanilla
1 pkg
peanut butter chips

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray.
2Pour milk over cake mix to allow rice flour to absorb the liquid.
3Add remaining ingredients except peanut butter chips. Use electric mixer to mix ingredients for 4 minutes.
4Gently stir in peanut butter chips.
5Pour into well greased bundt pan. Bake 1 hr
