10 Min

20 Min

2 c
gluten free oat flour
1/2 c
gf semi sweet baking coco ( or you can use reg coco powder)
1/2 c
white sugar
3/4 c
apple sauce
1 tsp
aluminum free baking soda ( you can use reg...but please guys check in to the aluminum it is so bad for u. i will put a link at the bottom for u)
1/2 tsp
1/3 c
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
cider vinegar
1/3 c
canola oil
2-3 Tbsp
powder sugar or coco powder for topping

Directions Step-By-Step

Oat flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt-mix in a large bowl.

( It helps if you sift all dry ingredients )

Pre heat oven to 350
Apple sauce water, oil, vinegar and vanilla- mix into dry ingredients just until moistened.

Fill paper-lined cups 3-4 full.( I always fill almost to the top so I get a good crown because GF baking goods don't like to rise much like wheat flour goods)

Bake at 350 for 20-25 min or poke a toothpick in the center of cupcake and its done if it comes out clean.
Dust with confectioners' sugar or coco powder.

( this will cut most of that sugar that come when icing it and it taste better too!)

( They wonder why so many women are getting breast cancer, their is aluminum in our deodorant and we are putting right into are biggest glans and then it go's straight to the breast) sorry guys I have a strong opinion about aluminum. Just read into it. :)
