German Chocolate Parfait

Ingredients

1 c
pecans, chopped
1 c
flaked coconut
16 1/2 oz
german chocolate cake mix
8 oz
cream cheese
1/2 c
butter
16 oz
powdered sugar
2 1/2 oz
snickers candy bar
3/4 c
evaporated milk
whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

Step-By-Step

1Sprinkle pecans and coconut in the bottom of a 9X13 pan coated with cooking spray.
2Prepare cake mix according to package directions; pour over pecans and coconut.
3Melt cream cheese and butter in a saucepan over low heat; add powdered sugar, stirring until blended.
4Pour over cake batter.
5Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
6Melt candy bar and evaporated milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
7Let cool slightly.
8Poke holes in top of cake using a fork; slowly pour chocolate mixture over top.
9Let stand 30 minutes.
10Serve cake in balloon style red wine glasses or a large martini glass.
11Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
