1 9 x 13 baking pan/ 16 servings
In sauce pan bring to a boil the sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
Allow to boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
Add chocolate chips and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat and add vanilla. Blend completely.
Allow to cool a couple of minutes until it begin to thicken a little.
Pour over the cake evenly and then place into fridge for 30 minutes.
