This is another recipe from my mom's box...Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. My husband loves this and it is so very easy to make.

Ingredients

2 c
flour
1 1/3 c
sugar
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
2
eggs
1 large
can of fruitcocktail

CAKE INGREDIUNTS

1/2 c
brown sugar
1/2 can(s)
chopped nuts (my favo is pecans)
1/3 c
coconut

BROWN SUGAR MIXTURE FOR TOP OF CAKE

1 c
sugar
1/2 c
canned milk
1/3 c
butter or margarine
1 tsp
vanilla extract

HOT MIXTURE USED LAST ON CAKE

Step-By-Step

1mix the flour,dugar,baking soda, salt,eggs, and fruitcocktail in a large bowl. Pour into a prepared 9x13 cake pan. Over the top sprinkle the brown sugar mixture and bake at 350 for 40 mins
2remove from oven and liberally punch the top with a knife and pour over the hot mixture. seve warm or cold.
