Ingredients For fruit 'n cake kabobs w/ cheesecake yogurt dip

  • DIP:
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, low fat, room temperature
  • 8 oz
    greek yogurt, plain, fat free
  • 2 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • FRUIT 'N CAKE KABOBS:
  • 14 oz
    angel food cake or pound cake, cut into 1" cubes
  • assorted berries
  • grapes, seedless, red, green &/or purple
  • peach pieces
  • banana chunks
  • pear pieces
  • mandarin orange pieces
  • kiwi chunks
  • honeydew melon
  • cantaloupe melon
  • watermelon

How To Make fruit 'n cake kabobs w/ cheesecake yogurt dip

    DIP: In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla & sugar. Mix well until sugar dissolves; set aside.

    FRUIT 'N CAKE KABOBS: Thread assorted fruit & cubes of cake onto each skewer, alternating fruit pieces & cake. Place finished skewers on a platter & refrigerate until ready to eat.
