Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder,and salt, Then add fruit cocktail with juice and 2 eggs. Bake in greased and floured 13x9 pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Mix sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter. Mix well, place on medium burner and when it comes to a rolling boil, lower heat and cook 7 minutes or til thickened. Add nuts and coconuts. Pour over warm cake.
