Lisa's Notes:

This cake is always requested at the dessert table at Church dinners! It is a fruit cake that actually gets eaten!

Directions

1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly spray 9x13 cake pan.
2
Mix all ingredients except brown sugar in large bowl. (Works best with electric mixer! - and it will be a thick batter)
3
Sprinkle top with brown sugar.

Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool.

Serve topped with whipped cream.

Hello. This looks awesome but was wondering how much pineapple juice to use? It comes in several different sized cans here. I can't wait to try this.

Mary,

Sorry!! That should have read "1/4 cup". I fixed it above, sorry for any confusion! Hope that helps! The pineapple juice makes the cake soooo moist with just a hint of sweetness! I use it in a LOT of cake recipes. Let me know how you like it!

This sounds delicious. I make a mandarin orange cake that has pudding, oranges and pineapple that comes out so moist too. Can't wait to try this one! I LOVE white based cakes. Thanks for sharing.
