| 1 pkg | instant vanilla pudding |
| 1 can(s) | fruit cocktail, in syrup |
| 3 | eggs |
| 1/4 c | oil |
| 1/4 c | pineapple juice |
| 1/2 c | brown sugar (light or dark is okay) |

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray 9x13 cake pan.Mix all ingredients except brown sugar in large bowl. (Works best with electric mixer! - and it will be a thick batter)Sprinkle top with brown sugar.
Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool.
Serve topped with whipped cream.
