|1/2 c||brown sugar (light or dark is okay)|

DirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray 9x13 cake pan.Mix all ingredients except brown sugar in large bowl. (Works best with electric mixer! - and it will be a thick batter)Sprinkle top with brown sugar.
Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool.
Serve topped with whipped cream.
