Just in time for the holidays, these bars are divine and I could eat them by the dozen. That's why I don't make them but once a year.

Ingredients For frosted pumpkin bars

4 lgeggs

1 2/3sugar

1 cvegetable oil

1 can15oz solid pack pumpkin

2 call purpose flour
-
2 tspground cinnamon
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspsalt
- CREAM CHEESE ICING

1 pkg3 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cpowdered sugar
-
1/4 cbutter, softened
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1-2 Tbspmilk
How To Make frosted pumpkin bars

1In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Pour into an ungreased 15"x10"x1" baking pan( a cookie sheet with an edge will work)

2Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.

3For icing, beat cream cheese, sugar and butter and vanilla in small mixing bowl. Add enough milk to achieve desired spreading consistency. Spread over bars.
