I made this a few weeks ago and it was gone by day 2! Very Yummy! It makes your whole house smell so wonderful (I'm partial to the aroma of Apples) ENJOY!!

Ingredients For fresh apple cake

all purpose flour
2 tsp

baking soda
1 Tbsp

cinnamon
1 tsp

salt
1 c

sugar

eggs
1/4 c

applesauce
1/4 c

oil
4 c

apples, peeled and chopped

How To Make fresh apple cake

Preheat oven 350, grease and dust with cinnamon and sugar bundt pan.

Mix flour, soda, cinnamon and salt set aside.

Beat eggs, mix in sugar add applesauce and oil

Stir in flour mixture until smooth, fold in apples

Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean

You can use powdered sugar glaze drizzled over cake or dust with powdered sugar it's all up to your taste. Enjoy!!
